Bio

Byron Greene is an experienced basketball coach with a diverse background spanning men's and women's programs at both the high school and collegiate levels. Currently serving as the assistant men’s basketball coach at Penn State Brandywine since September 2024, Greene brings over two decades of involvement in the sport.

His coaching journey includes roles such as head girls’ basketball coach and assistant boys’ basketball coach at Community Academy of Philadelphia (2018–2019), head girls’ coach at The Independent School (2015–2016), and head men’s coach at Cornerstone Crossroads Academy (2013–2015). At the collegiate level, he has served as assistant women’s basketball coach at Arcadia University (2010–2012), graduate assistant men’s coach at Delaware State University (2006–2007), and began his career as a student manager at Delaware State from 2003 to 2006.

Known for his leadership, player development, and commitment to mentoring student-athletes, Greene continues to impact the game through dedication and experience across all levels of competition.
