Brandywine Closes Fall Season At Dutchmen Invitational

LEBANON, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine golf team concluded its fall season on Monday afternoon by finishing in 19th place at the Dutchmen Invitational hosted by Lebanon Valley College at Lebanon Country Club.

Matt Cavanaugh (Drexel Hill, Pa./Bonner-Prendie) was the Lions' low scorer on the day, posting an 18-hole count of 81 to finish in a tie for 26th in the 101-man field.

Eric Angle (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) carded a round of 87, while Dominic Guzzo (Emmaus, Pa./Emmaus) shot 93. Eddie Ricottone (Oceanside, N.Y./Oceanside) completed the course in 95 strokes and Nicholas Grantland (Media, Pa./Penncrest) rounded out the Lions with a 97.

Penn State Harrisburg's Gavin Fegley was the individual medalist, while Pitt-Greensburg claimed the team championship.
