Softball Class of 2028: Shelby Osborne

MEDIA, Pa. -- Shelby Osborne will continue her education and softball career at Penn State Brandywine beginning this fall.

Osborne, a two-sport student-athlete at William Penn High School, was a four-year varsity starter in softball and earned three varsity letters in volleyball. Osborne earned second team all-conference laurels as an outfielder in 2023 and captained the volleyball team as a senior.

In the classroom, Osborne was a Distinguished Honor Roll student who won the AP Environmental Science Award and received Distinguished Scholar recognition.

Osborne chose to attend Penn State Brandywine "due to its amazing softball program, welcoming atmosphere, and the extensive resources provided to the students such as the many classes and majors offered!"
