HAVERFORD, Pa. -- Haverford College sent the Penn State Brandywine men's soccer team to a 9-0 defeat on Tuesday during the Lions' final non-conference test of the fall.
THe Fords potted six first-half goals and tacked on three more during the second period.
Ethan Faulkner (Huntington Beach, Calif./Marina) accounted for the Lions' lone shot midway through the second period.
Braden Warwick (Ridley Park, Pa./Ridley) stopped four first-half shots, while John Schild (West Chester, Pa./Delaware Classical School) made seven saves during the second half.
Brandywine (1-7) opens conference play Saturday at home against Gallaudet (1:00 PM).
