Brandywine Falls At Wilson

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine men's soccer team was downed 6-0 by Wilson on Wednesday afternoon.
 
The hosts scored three times during each half. Wilson owned a 3-0 edge just 19:55 into the first half and tacked on a fourth score at the 55:20 mark before adding a pair of markers during the final eight minutes.
 
Braden Warwick (Ridley Park, Pa./Ridley) and John Schild (West Chester, Pa./Delaware Valley Classical School) split time in net for the Lions. Warwick made one stop during the first half, while Schild blocked four second-half shots.
 
Brandywine put four shots on goal. Two came off  the foot of Jackson Gamber (Millville, N.J./Millville), while Ethan Faulkner (Huntington Beach, Calif./Marina) and Dakari Burton (Frederick, Md./Governor Thomas Johnson) both tallied one.
 
Brandywine is back at home Saturday to face Penn State Harrisburg at 1:00 PM.
