LANCASTER, Pa. – The Penn State Brandywine women's soccer team dropped its penultimate match of the regular season, falling 6-0 on Tuesday night at Lancaster Bible.
The Chargers scored three times during each half. Lancaster Bible featured four goal scorers, including Jenae Bergey, who netted three goals and added one assist.
Jasmin Alvarez (Tracy, Calif./Tracy) played all 90 minutes in net for the Lions and matched a season-high with 15 saves. Nine of her stops came during the final 45 minutes.
Emma Kearns (Springfield, Pa./Springfield) recorded Brandywine's lone shot late in the first half.
Brandywine (6-6-1, 2-5 UEC) closes out the regular season on Saturday at Notre Dame of Maryland at 3:00 PM.
